Project Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera or similar.
• 2–4 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably in construction, facility management, or sports infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines, tasks, and milestones.
• Track and monitor project progress, prepare reports, and flag issues proactively.
• Organize and attend project meetings; take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, budgets, and contracts.
