Procurement Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder of any Engineering courses or any business-related courses, capable of understanding customer’s technical requirements.
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales and Purchase coordinator, even fresh graduates can be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the cost and create quotes at agreed margins.
- Monitors direct inquiries and tender portals to ensure covering the related inquiries.
- Performs customer follow-ups to maintain customer retention.
- Analyze and understand technical data and specifications of the equipment and supplies requirements.
- Analyze all suppliers who can provide the best solutions for the requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead time, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company
