Mechanical Draftsman

Qualifications:

• More than 3 years of work experience, preferably from overseas
• Can provide certificate of employment supporting the work experience
• With good level of English communication
• With valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Developing drawings, plans, and designs for mechanical engineering projects under the guidance of Mechanical Engineers and Engineering Technologists.
• Supporting the design and development of mechanical equipment and plant systems.
• Selecting appropriate tools and equipment for various tasks.
• Assembling and installing new and modified mechanical components, assemblies, machine tools, controls, and hydraulic systems.
• Estimating material costs, quantities, and machine requirements for projects.
• Conducting and overseeing field and laboratory tests to ensure performance standards are met.
• Analyzing data, performing complex calculations, and preparing detailed diagrams.
• Coordinating and supervising the inspection and maintenance of machinery and plant equipment.
• Ensuring that designs and completed work meet specifications, regulatory standards, and contract requirements.
• Developing and modifying HVAC system drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements.
  Producing detailed documentation and as-built drawings.
• Performing clash detection and resolving design conflicts.
• Assisting in the development and integration of the BIM model to enhance coordination.
• Ensuring all designs comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
