- Assists in the preparation of sushi dishes, including chopping vegetables, cutting fish, and assembling various sushi rolls and dishes, while also maintaining a clean and organized work station.
- Works under the guidance of the sushi chef, ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety protocols.
