Waiter (Kitchen Worker)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• The Crew member is responsible to WOW! our Guests with Quality products and outstanding service
• Greets and engages each Guest, suggestive sell to potential Guests.
• Escort customers to their tables.
• Demonstrates Attentive, Cheerful and Timely (A.C.T.) standards for service.
• Present menus to Customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Explain how various menu Items are prepared, describing Ingredients and cooking methods
• Inform customers of dally specials.
• Take orders from customers for food or beverages.
• Write customers food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Serve food or beverages to customers.
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any
  problems.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and service. Uses Wow! Service to enhance the Guest’s experience and demonstrates a clean-as-you-go philosophy
• Follows procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and follows Company cash control and security policies.
• Maintains safe and healthy workplace conditions for Guests and other Crew members.
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, take them to kitchen for cleaning.
• Clear and Clean tables or counters after Customers have finished their meals.
• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales.
• Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking
