Qualifications
- Male applicants preferred
- Bachelor degree in Property management, Business Administration or Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer Service Oriented with positive and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Property Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the property management team, ensuring smooth dayto-day operations of occupants, commercial, or mixed-used properties.
- Manage and maintain property records, including leases, tenant files, insurance documents and maintenance records.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including notices, letters and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports - Handle tenants inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including key transfers and utility connections.
- Assist with the coordination of property maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs.
- Monitors service contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Assist with the resolution of tenant complaints and disputes and resolve issues in timely and professional manner.
