CNC Operator Programmer
Qualifications:
- At least high school diploma with TESDA NCII Certificate relevant to CNC Machining.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, Setter and Operator within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with G-code programming languages is essential with CAD/CAM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
- Experience in CNC Lathe, CNC Vertical Turning Lathe, CNC Milling beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Experience machining large size castings and forgings would be beneficial.
- Experience in cutting steel and stainless steel and super alloys would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture low volume high tolerance components using Fanuc Control Machines.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently and produce accurate parts.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine settings and program changes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop environment.
