DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male  applicants
• Minimum of 1 year work experience

Responsibilities:

• As a data entry operator, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data in our systems and ensuring that it is accessible and reliable for other departments.
• You will work closely with various teams to ensure that data integrity is maintained, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organisation.
• The ideal candidate is an organised, efficient, and detail-oriented individual passionate about working with numbers.
• Inputting and updating data into systems and databases from various sources, including paper documents and digital records.
• Verifying and cross-checking the data accuracy to ensure no errors or discrepancies.
• Assisting in retrieving and organising data for reports, audits, and other business needs.
• Review source documents for accuracy before data entry and correct errors to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare data reports, summaries, and other documentation as required by management.
