Housekeeper

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience
• At least high school graduate
• Strong English communication skills
• Certification in hospitality, cleaning services, or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or other Gulf countries is a plus
• Knowledge of handling specialized cleaning tools and equipment

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Tidying: Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained
• Laundry: Wash, iron, and fold clothes, linens, and other household items, ensuring they are properly cared for
• Organizing: Maintain an organized and clutter-free environment, including organizing closets, shelves, and storage spaces
• Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and household items, ensuring stock levels are maintained and notifying the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste, following recycling and disposal guidelines
• Guest & Family Care: If working in a hospitality setting, greet guests, assist with their needs, and ensure they are comfortable during their stay
• Deep Cleaning: Undertake deep cleaning tasks (e.g., carpets, windows, and upholstery) on a regular schedule
• Safety & Hygiene: Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment. Ensure all cleaning products are handled and stored safely
• Reporting: Report any damages, maintenance issues, or concerns to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
