Waiter

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience
• At least high school graduate
•  Strong English communication skills
• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, café, or hotel is preferred.
• Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personality: Professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and carry trays.
• Work Authorization: Must have a valid work visa (or be eligible for sponsorship).

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and offer recommendations.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a courteous manner.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Follow restaurant policies, Saudi labor laws, and food safety regulations.
• Process bills and handle payments using cash, credit card, or digital methods.
