Line Cook

Qualifications:

• Five years of work experience
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of various cooking techniques and methods.
• Strong cooking and food preparation skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities:

• The Line Cook prepares food items according to recipes and ensures high-quality standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety regulations, and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Handle ingredients with care to ensure freshness and quality.
• Perform basic cooking tasks such as grilling, sautéing, frying, roasting, and assembling dishes.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
