Housing Front Office Administrator
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Administrative, Secretarial or equivalent course.
- Minimum 2 years experience in office administration.
- Basic knowledge of computer administrative software applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Operate administration computer software applications.
- Maintain technical documentation including standard operating procedures and user guides.
- Operates scanner and copying machines.
- Received request either by call or walk-in for work request
- Corrective Maintenance Work Order (CMWO) and other additional work.
- Generate preventive maintenance instructions (PMI) as per schedule.
- Perform other assigned tasks as instructed
