Warehouse Store Supervisor

Qualifications

• Having worked for a professional or corporate organization will be an added advantage, but we also don’t want to deny the opportunity a possible
• Good candidate that may not have worked for a corporate institute
• Good knowledge in computer / Microsoft office (word, excel and power point)
• Fluency in English writing and reading
• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the automotive parts industry

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of automotive parts
• Managing inventory levels, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to company policies and safety standards, all with the primary goal of timely order fulfillment to customers
• Oversee the receiving process, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Manage stock levels, performing regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory data
• Implement proper storage practices to optimize space utilization and prevent damage to parts
• Assign tasks and daily workloads to warehouse associates based on priorities and skill sets
