MEP Supervisor (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4 years Technical Course or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.
• At least five years experience as Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Supervisor.
• Familiar with building safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints

Responsibilities:

• Implement repair and maintenance of building HVAC systems for temperature control and air quality, electrical power distribution systems to meet energy demands and water supply and drainage systems.
• Conduct energy efficiency assessments to minimize power consumption, integration of backup power solutions such as generators and UPS systems ensure proper ventilation and airflow distribution within buildings.
• Select appropriate heating and cooling systems based on project needs, ensure proper wiring, grounding, and circuit protection to prevent electrical hazards.
• Implement fire protection systems such as sprinklers and hydrants, ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Install sustainable plumbing solutions like rainwater, conduct inspections to prevent leaks, contamination, and water damage
