Qualifications
- Good knowledge in computer / Microsoft office (word, excel and power point)
- Fluency in English writing and reading
- Having worked for a professional or corporate organization will be an added advantage, but we also don’t want to deny the opportunity a possible
- Good candidate that may not have worked for a corporate institute
Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for assisting customers in person at the counter by identifying and selling the correct automotive parts, answering questions about product compatibility
- Processing sales transactions, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a positive customer experience, all while utilizing their knowledge of automotive parts and systems to accurately fulfill customer needs
- Understanding basic automotive systems and how different components work together.
- Staying updated on new automotive parts and technology.
- Utilizing parts catalogs and online databases to accurately identify parts
