RTG (Ready to Go) Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Experience in food preparation, ideally in retail (deli, cafe) environment.
• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
• Experience in the fresh food industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the preparation and production of RTG meals, ensuring quality, freshness, and adherence to recipe, presentation, portion standards and food safety procedures.
• Provide training and coaching to team members in all aspects of food handling, safety standards, food preparation and display.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure hygiene standards deliver a safe and clean workspace at all times
