Qualifications
- Male applicants are preferred for this job
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Having worked for a professional or corporate organization will be an added advantage, but we also don’t want to deny the opportunity a possible good candidate that may not have worked for a corporate institute
- Good work ethics.
- Fluency in English writing and reading
- Good knowledge in computer / Microsoft office (word, excel and power point)
Responsibilities
- Plans and directs an organization’s administrative functions.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing employees, as well as ensuring a positive work environment.
- Oversee the hiring process, including posting ads, preparing job descriptions, and interviewing candidates
- Help resolve disputes, negotiate contracts, and manage employee engagement programs
- Develop and implement policies that promote a safe and inclusive workplace
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct employee development programs
- Facilitate communication between management and employees
