SYSTEM / ACCOUNT MANAGER (CPA – PRONTO/ERP)

Qualifications:

• CPA qualification with a strong financial background.
• Proven experience in ERP administration and process mapping.
• Proficiency in PRONTO. User satisfaction scores for ERP functionality and training programs.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee system and process-related projects to improve efficiency and meet organizational goals.
• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized workflows that align with company objectives.
• Manage and maintain the ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
• Develop and deliver training programs on processes, systems, and best practices for team members.
• Partner with Finance, Sales Procurement, Warehousing, and other departments to ensure system alignment with business goals
