Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Basic Food Preparation & Cooking Training
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering services, or fast-food chains is valuable

Responsibilities:

• Assists in food preparation, follows recipes, and supports senior chefs in maintaining kitchen efficiency.
• Assist in preparing ingredients (cutting, chopping, peeling, marinating).
• Cook simple dishes under the guidance of Commis I or Chef de Partie.
• Help with plating, garnishing, and portion control.
• Follow instructions from Commis I, Chef de Partie, and Sous Chef.
• Assist in stock checking and ingredient preparation for daily operations.
• Help manage kitchen inventory and report shortages.
• Ensure all kitchen tools are cleaned and properly maintained.
• Work in different kitchen sections based on demand (e.g., hot, cold, pastry)
