WAITER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Ability to take and remember orders accurately
• Knowledge of food & beverage serving techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork & coordination with kitchen and restaurant staff
• Understanding of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus and explain food & beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and ensure special requests are noted.
• Answer customer questions regarding ingredients, dietary restrictions, and recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages quickly and accurately
• Follow proper table service etiquette (serving from the right, clearing from the left).
• Ensure customers’ water glasses and other drinks are refilled as needed.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-arranged before customers arrive.
• Remove used dishes and clean tables after customers leave.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
