EDM @ WEDM Operator

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or an associate degree in machining or a related field preferred.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining principles

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate VMC, CNC, and EDM machines. Interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure precision and quality of parts produced.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Interpret technical drawings and translate them into CNC programs for the EDM machine using CAD/CAM software.
• Develop G-code programs for complex shapes and contours.
• Optimize machining parameters to achieve desired surface finish and accuracy
