CHEF DE PARTIE

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years working experience as CHEF DE PARTIE
• Should have a Culinary Diploma;
• Proven experience in Chef de Partie Role.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent command of English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Newly renewed passport

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chef and the Executive
• Chef to develop new dishes and menus
• Order and keep stocked the common ingredients for all cooking stations (vegetables, meat, spices, etc.)
• Monitor the expiration dates of goods and use them before expiring
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
• Train and supervise junior chefs
• Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance (grooming standards, clean uniform, body odors)
• Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at Php 102,000.00 gross monthly.
• 48 Work Hours per week.
• Accommodation and Food will be provided by the employer
• Period of contract: 5 years.
• Overtime: payable as per Greek labour law

• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
