FABRICATOR – OXE CUTTER

Qualifications:

  • 5 years MINIMUM experience working in the occupation mentioned above/position is a must requirement.
  • With exceptional communication skills
  • MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: 1 YEAR COMPLETED TERTIARY LEVEL, could provide Transcript of Records & English medium of instruction certificate from both school levels – secondary & tertiary
  • TESDA/High School graduates are welcome if they could show English test results (IELTS/PTE Academic)
  • MUST HAVE READY PASSPORT
  • MUST HAVE DRIVER’S LICENSE

Responsibilities:

  • Operating oxy-fuel cutting equipment to precisely cut metal pieces by using controlled flame generated by a mixture of oxygen and fuel gas.
  • Accurately interpreting design plans and specifications to determine cutting lines and dimensions.
  • Selecting the correct torch tips size, adjusting gas pressures, and properly correcting the oxygen ang fuel gas lines.
  • Precisely marking the cutting path on the metal pieces using the appropriate tools.
  • Guiding the torch along the marked line, maintaining a consistent cutting speed and flame to achieve clean, accurate cuts.
