Assistant Engineer (I & C Maintenance)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems, including sensors, transmitters, control valves, and controllers.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new I&C equipment and systems.
  • Participate in scheduled preventive maintenance of I&C systems, ensuring that instruments and control equipment operate at peak performance.
  • Support the maintenance and calibration of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards, ensuring the safe operation of instruments, control systems, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, calibration activities, and equipment status.
  • Work closely with other engineering teams, operators, and technical staff to ensure the smooth operation of the plant’s control systems.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and restoring systems during plant breakdowns, minimizing downtime and impact on operations.
