Electrician

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, including motors, generators, transformers, circuit breakers, and electrical panels.
  • Assist in the installation of new electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities on electrical systems and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plant.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and regulatory standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, while working with electrical systems to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment (e.g., multimeters, insulation testers) to identify and troubleshoot electrical problems in the power plant systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts replaced.
  • Work with other maintenance teams, operators, and engineers to coordinate and support plant maintenance schedules and ensure uninterrupted plant operation.
  • Respond to electrical emergencies and plant outages, providing immediate support to restore operations..
