Foreman – I & C

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of I&C technicians and electricians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and according to safety standards.
• Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of all instrumentation, control systems, and automation equipment, such as sensors, transmitters, controllers, PLCs, SCADA systems, and DCS.
• Supervise the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new I&C systems, instruments, and control equipment.
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols and industry standards while working on instrumentation, control, and automation systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications of I&C systems and equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training to I&C technicians and other team members, sharing knowledge about systems, procedures, and safety practices.
• Lead the response to any instrumentation or control system failures, ensuring that systems are repaired and restored to full operation as quickly as possible.
• Collaborate with other departments, including electrical, mechanical, and operations teams, to coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
