CRECHE ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff.
  • Must have the ability to supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Should have patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
  • Must have the ability to create and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills to assist with daily routines and activities.
  • Must have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have good physical stamina to engage in activities and keep up with young children.
  • Must be willing to undergo background checks and child safety training.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Must have a positive and proactive attitude towards supporting children’s learning and play

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise children during playtime, nap time, and meals.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
  • Help organize and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
  • Assist children with basic tasks like dressing, feeding, and using the restroom.
  • Encourage children’s development through activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary starts at Php 53,000.00 net monthly.
  • 48 Work Hours per week.
  • Accommodation will be provided.
  • Six (6) months contract per year, renewable up to 5 years.
