ELECTRICAL AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance, electrical automation, or a similar field.
  • Relevant education: a Technical-Vocational Certificate (NC II or NC III) or an Associate Degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Electrical safety certification (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Good English skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and understand technical documentation.
  • Strong automation knowledge and ability to troubleshoot control systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Readiness for shift work.
  • Experience in the wood processing or forest industry is seen as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is seen as an advantage.
  • Mechanical maintenance skills are seen as an advantage.
