Pastry Commis

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 1 year work experience
• Knowledge of pastry techniques and food preparation
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations, health codes, and hygiene standards

Responsibilities:

• Assist Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily pastry section operations
• Prepare food according to menu specifications
• Prepare and set up all daily necessary ingredients
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
• Control and manage food stock and monitor food costs within assigned section.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to meet requirements, ensure cleanliness, reduce wastage, and control costs

Requirements:

• Valid Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
• Employment Certificate
