F&B Team Member

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food & beverage service or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, providing them with menus and assisting with selections.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and answer guest inquiries.
• Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverages being served.
• Handle guest complaints or requests and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and service equipment.
• Prepare the dining area for service, ensuring all necessary items are in place.
• Promote upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
