Electrical Machine Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• 5 yrs experiences in field of maintenance
• Capable of Troubleshooting the inverters, soft starters, servo systems, and PLCs
• Proficient in quickly diagnosing and locating electrical faults
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams
• Capable of independently designing simple control circuits.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and electrical equipment within the plant
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning electrical systems, components, and apparatus.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated and plc-controlled equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Respond to electrical breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Participate in shutdowns, repairs, and installation of new systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Assist with electrical design modifications and improvements to optimize system efficiency
• Ensure the safety of all electrical installations and systems by adhering to company safety policies.
