MASON FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mason Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide masonry work.
• Ensure all masonry work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency.
