SUPERVISOR ELECTRICAL

Qualifications

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing a team of electricians, ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within a facility or project by planning work schedules, assigning tasks, inspecting quality, and guaranteeing adherence to safety regulations and electrical codes while providing technical guidance and training to their team.
• Plan and schedule projects. Estimate the time and materials needed to complete projects.
• Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects.
• Supervise electricians as they work, providing guidance and instruction as nee role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees’ performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs. and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.
