International Medical Center Hospital is urgently seeking experienced Head Nurses for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead nursing teams, ensure high-quality patient care, and oversee clinical operations within a hospital setting. 

HEAD NURSE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years nursing experience, including at least 2 years as a Head Nurse in a hospital setting.
• Extensive nursing leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong management, team development, and clinical coordination skills.
• Ability to ensure high standards of patient care and hospital operations.
• Must hold a Nurse Specialist License.
• Must have Dataflow and Mumaris+ processing completed or in progress.
• Preferably deployable within 3 months.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of hospital policies, clinical governance, and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff across assigned hospital departments or wards.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care services.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, performance management, and staff development programs.
• Monitor compliance with hospital protocols, clinical standards, and patient safety regulations.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and resolve clinical and operational issues.
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and hospital management for patient care planning.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and clinical record management.
• Provide leadership in emergency situations and critical care coordination.
• Support training, mentoring, and continuous professional development of nursing staff.
• Maintain effective communication between hospital departments and management.
