Sales and Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, sales or a related field
- At least 5+ years of relevant and proven experience as a sales and marketing executive or a similar position in the Sales Department
- Ability to multitask and prioritized workload effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- A result-driven and organized individual
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and sales skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Confident and approachable attitude and strong creative outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and experience of working in a client focused environment
- General Office experience and full Driving License
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to analyse client needs and requirements (e.g. Local/national trends and preferences).
- Developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Preparing budget and time constraints. and creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Undertaking successful marketing and sales campaigns including social media platforms
- Set up tracking and evaluation systems for marketing activities.
- Identify and analyse main competitors and bring forward options to improve our service to clients.
- Prepare monthly reports for the higher management by collecting and analysing sales activity and data. Including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
- Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
- Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
- Handling complaints of the clients.
- Negotiating the deals with the clients.
- Taking feedback from the clients and such other duties as may be determined from time to time within the general scope of the post.
