Quality Assurance Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Quality Management Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA roles.
• Certification as a QMS Lead Auditor (preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities.
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written com
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and 14001 standards.
• Knowledge of Sedex, Ecovadis, and SMETA audits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and support team development

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA Manager to establish a high-performing QA team that drives quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, productivity, and continual enhancement across the company.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and documentation are followed and regularly updated.
• Partner with the QA Manager to ensure quality outcomes that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Act as a resource for WHS, Environmental, Social Accountability, and Quality Assurance standards.
• Ensure the company’s quality procedures and policies are effectively implemented and adhered to.
• Support the QA Manager in managing QA-related expenses within budget expectations
• Collaborate on investigating and resolving customer complaints with practical and consultative solutions.
• Assist in compliance with purchase approval processes and in providing regular QMS framework reports.
• Actively contribute to a proactive, solution-focused culture.
• Support the maintenance of QMS certifications and lead responses to emerging quality trends.
• Assist in audit activities and implementation of approved improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to diverse projects and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with the QA Man
