Heat Treatment Operator
Qualifications:
- Male applicants
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Proven experience as a Heat Treatment Technician or similar role
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate heat-treating equipment.
- Prepare and load parts for heat treatment.
- Monitor machines during the heat-treating process to ensure necessary job specifications are met.
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure the process results in the desired metallurgical properties
- Document and report on processes and results.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed during the heat-treating process.
- Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting on heat treatment machinery and equipment
- Maintaining heat treatment equipment to ensure it operates at optimal levels.
- Directly reporting to production manager
