Qualifications:
- Must have a 5 star hotel experience
- Communication skills is a must
Responsibilities:
- Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors
- Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals
- Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings
- Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items
- Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary
- Plates meal items under the chef de partie’s supervision
- Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies

The Armed Forces Officers Club & Hotel (AFOCH) founded in 1997 has evolved into an oasis for luxury accommodation, business meetings, social gatherings, recreational activities and catering welcoming both local community and international customers and delivering exhilarating experiences.
Situated on the coast, overlooking the Arabian Gulf, AFOCH is approximately 20 minutes from the heart of Abu Dhabi city, 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport and 5 minutes from Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
The Armed Forces Officers Club & Hotel building is one of the largest buildings of its kind in the region. Viewed from the sea the club appears like a huge gold falcon perched on the shore with its wings outstretched, the approach inland is via a landscaped promenade.
The hotel has 294 elegantly appointed rooms and suites including 8 multi-cuisine restaurants and lounges.
