SUSHI COOK

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Mastery of preparing various types of sushi such as nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, and temaki

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of sushi, including nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, temaki (hand rolls), and other specialty sushi items.
• Select, clean, and slice fresh fish, seafood, and other ingredients for sushi preparation with precision.
• Ensure that sushi rice (shari) is properly cooked, seasoned, and stored, maintaining the ideal texture and flavor balance

Requirements:

• Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
• Cert of Employment (COE)
• VOTERS CERTIFICATE
• UMID
• NBI
