WAITER

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years proven local & international working experience in Hospitality industry.
• Must have a TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificate in Food & Beverage Services.
• Candidates with international waitering experience working in international settings are preferred.
• Must be keen on greeting customers upon arrival or at the counter.
• Must be competent in explaining the menu, including specials, and answering inquiries about the dishes, ingredients or dietary accommodations.
• Must be competent either in electronic or manual ordering and cashiering systems in placing an order.
• Must be able to serve customers in an accommodating manner.
• Must be keen on maintaining cleanliness in all areas of responsibilities.
• Must be able to coordinate with Kitchen Staff to deliver food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner.
• Must be able to carry out additional duties i.e. food preparation, serving special customers and maintaining the cash drawer.
• Must be competent in creating excellent customer service experience and ensuring brand standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the menu, including specials and promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
