Account Executive (Accounting)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, MYOB etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
• Monitor and review financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursement.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and assist with tax-related filings.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records for auditing purposes.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit periods.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and recommend best practices.
