Are you a skilled Floor Finisher with a passion for precision and quality? We’re looking for experienced Vinyl Tile Setter to join our team in Australia and help us transform spaces with beautiful flooring!

FLOOR FINISHER (Vinyl Tile Setter)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Vinyl Tile Setter
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Preparing surfaces for covering and removing baseboard trims
• Measuring, cutting, and fixing underlay materials
• Laying coverings such as carpets, linoleum, parquetry blocks, cork tiles, and other resilient flooring materials over floors, ensuring patterns match, cutting shapes around fixtures, and trimming edges
• Securing floor coverings and fitting edge trims in doorways
• Sanding, staining, and applying finishing coatings to timber floors
• Mixing and applying resin flooring systems.
• Proficiency in polishing concrete floors is an advantage
• Experience in installing wall, ceiling, counter, and bench coverings is an advantage
• Must be either IELTS exempt or an IELTS passer
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
