Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

• Male, 27 to 35 years old.
• Architect or civil engineer graduates are preferred.
• Knowledge in using autocad and other construction related software.
• Deep knowledge with microsoft excel and other estimation software.
• Wide knowledge on construction materials with its sizes and specification.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Negotiation skills.
• Able to drive.

Responsibilities:

• Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labor.
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Preparing tender and contract documents.
• Identifying and weighing up commercial risks.
• Checking of billing and accomplishment report from subcontractors.
• Checking of delivery notes and invoices.
• Procurement of online materials
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
• Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
