F&B Events Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully managing events from concept to completion.
- Strong marketing skills with experience in promoting events through various channels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of various events, including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing tailored event solutions.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, outlining timelines, budgets, and operational logistics.
- Design and implement marketing strategies to promote resort events, maximizing visibility and attendance.
- Utilize social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing platforms to attract potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance event offerings
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled.
- Lead and supervise the events team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, audio-visual requirements, catering, and decor
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: Minimum 1,300 USD / month (negotiable)
- No Placement Fee | No Processing Fee | No Salary Deduction
