PRE COMMISSIONING MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience
• Must have the experience in commissioning works

Responsibilities:

• is responsible for ensuring that new energy production facilities are ready to operate safely and efficiently.
• Supervising the installation of machinery, pipes, and equipment.
• Making inspections and running tests to identify and fix issues
• Ensuring systems are running effectively and don’t leak.
• Coordinating a team of engineers to ensure all required documentation is complete
• Fixing plumbing and pipes running to equipment like radiators and HVAC units.
• Developing and implementing processes and systems for turnover, pre-commissioning, preservation, and maintenance
• Considering contractual requirements, project and construction schedule, reliability, maintenance, materials
  management, and change management
• Developing and maintaining commissioning budgets.
• Preparing systems for final inspection and handing over to the Operations Team
• A pre-commissioning manager should have strong knowledge of commissioning processes and standards, excellent project management and coordination abilities, and an understanding of engineering principles and systems.
• They should also be familiar with relevant regulations and compliance requirements. you’ll be responsible for energy production facilities as their construction is completed and they start to generate power.
• You’ll oversee the installation of pipes, machinery and equipment, make inspections and run tests to make sure things are working like they should.
