PROJECT CLOSE-OUT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience
• Must have the experience in project close-out manager

Responsibilities:

• They should also regularly monitor the progress of the closeout activities, addressing any challenges or issues that may arise promptly.
• Ensuring the successful completion and handover of the project outcomes to stakeholders. However, it comes with its own set of challenges, such as incomplete deliverables, unresolved issues and risks, and stakeholder dissatisfaction.
• They should document and communicate the lessons learned from the project, ensuring that these insights are utilized in future projects.
• Dealing with performance problems and terminations. Translating corporate goals into functional and individual goals1.The extent and scope of a manager’s responsibilities can vary depending on their position in the company3.
