Nurse Assistant (Care Worker)

Qualifications:

• Passer of Japanese Foundation Test for Basic Japanese, or Japanese Language Proficiency N4 or above;
• Passer of Nursing care Japanese language evaluation test:
• Passer of Nursing Care skills evaluation test;
• Having experience as nurse or care worker for 1 year or more
• Having graduated from Nursing College preferred;
• Ex-trainees or Ex-EPA welcomed
• Being good at working in teams;
• Being diligent, honest, and good mannered

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of patients and assist their medical needs according to nurses’ instructions
• Helping patients move and transfer from bed to wheelchair, and vice versa
• Supporting nurses
• Improving hospital environment
• Support patients with their activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, glooming, etc.)
• Assisting with recreation and functional training, etc.
• Performing other tasks that will improve the patient’s well-being and safety
