Industrial Mechanical Technician (Machine Operator)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- To maintain and repair a variety of equipment including machines, high pressure pumps, air compressors, hydraulic systems, overhead cranes, gearboxes
- Performs preventive/predictive maintenance
- Performs basic troubleshooting on mechanical hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
- Installs or replaces new or reconditioned repair parts.
- Tests machines for proper operation.
- Performs basic working knowledge on machines operation and associated operating systems.
- Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
- Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders
- Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
- Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests
- Performs complete proper paperwork as assigned.
- Reporting to General Manager/Dept. Manager:
- Receiving instructions on daily maintenance works
- Reporting daily activities and tasks.
- Experience in PIR/PUR Continuous sandwich panel line will be an advantage
