Nurse assistant / Care worker

Qualifications:

  • Passer of Japanese Foundation Test or Japanese Language proficiency N4 or above.
  • Passer of Nursing care skills evaluation test
  • Having experience as nurse or care worker for 1 year or more
  • Having graduated from nursing college preferred;
  • Ex-trainees or Ex-EPA welcomed
  • Being good at working in teams
  • Being diligent, honest, and good mannered

Responsibilities:

  • Taking Care of patients and assist their medical needs according to nurses instructions
  • Helping patients move and transfer from bed to wheelchair, and vice versa
  • Supporting and Assisting Nurses.
  • Improving hospital environment
  • Support patients with their activities of daily living ( feeding, bathing, glooming, etc.)
  • Assisting with recreation and functional training, etc.
  • Performing other tasks that will improve the patients well-being and safety
