Qualifications:

• Ages up to 45 years old
• Proficient in English language

Responsibilities:

• Classifications and main properties of the alloy steel, non-ferrous metals and cast iron;
• Selection criteria, classification and main properties of welding materials, for any type of weldable metals;
• Structure and maintenance rules for the welding equipment used;
• Types of welding joints and seams and how they are marked on drawings;
• Requirements for machining, welding and assembly of edges;
• Applicable requirements for the quality of welding seams;
• Basic types and methods of control of welding seams;
• Causes of defects during welding, ways to prevent them from occurring and methods of rectification;
• Main causes for weld distortions and ways to prevent them from occurring.
